Professional meetings in the heart of the Hautes Fagnes

As well as actively pursuing its role as an interdisciplinary scientific instrument, the station provides a forum for the various players involved in the region's economic and cultural development. At the heart of the Euregio, it is also keen to encourage closer links and exchanges between communities.

Business seminars

Companies simply hire part of the infrastructure with no supervision, apart from a brief presentation of the Fagnes area.

Courses

The resort provides information, courses and training for professionals involved in the management and use of natural environments (DNF, nature guides, SA, Natagora, etc.).

The station offers an ideal environment for activities of this kind. A project is under consideration. For two or three days, a group is “isolated” in the station, with no contact with the outside world (no mobile phone, no internet connection). They are given a number of scientific challenges, which they have to tackle using whatever resources they have (analysis in the lab, field trip, documentation within the station, etc.).
